Meinklang is a biodynamic wine estate straddling the border between austria and hungary. There are cows all over the place on their estate and they seriously make great wine. This is 2012 pinot gris with a tiny bit of skin contact so it has a peculiar color in the glass. Lots of tropical fruit, but also an incredibly long rich beautiful finish with great texture. Opens up lovely in a glass aus biodynamischem anbau from austria.
